Christnar "Chris" Elliot

Biography

I’m Christnar, an aspiring director, screenwriter and actor, proud to be born and raised here in Toronto. I first started getting interested in film in high school, where me and my best friend would write comedy sketches instead of doing our work in class. Comedy is my favourite genre and as a filmmaker and actor, my goal is to make people laugh. I currently have three screenplays I’m working on getting into production: Teenage Vertigo, a raunchy coming of age comedy, Summer of The Dead, a rom-com set in the zombie apocalypse, and Clickbait, a dark comedy and satire of YouTubers and Influencer culture, which I hope to adapt into both a feature film and a stage play! Despite film being my main focus, I also have training and experience in theatre as well.
