In Toronto, over 30,000 mental health emergency calls are made annually, primarily handled by the police. The Toronto Community Crisis Service has been deployed to assist mental health calls and wellness checks to improve crisis response.

A cloud-based platform is needed to improve communication, resource allocation, and data optimization, thereby optimizing emergency response and overall operational efficiency.
