This script serves as the intro to a short commercial video, a montage of emotional and sensory imagery that explores the "suffocating feeling" and the "moment of regaining breath."

The flow of images, beginning with a black screen and transitioning to scenes of calm water, running, diving, and finally exhaling, is structured in a way that allows viewers to first experience an inner state difficult to describe through "bodily sensations." This structure is particularly suited to sports (running, swimming, etc.) advertising, leaving room for expanding the concepts of "breathing" and "body recovery" into brand messaging. -> giving a social messages like Nike's "Just Do It"

In this work, breathing is not simply a physiological act; it is a metaphor for survival, a process of collapsing from anxiety and emptiness, only to be reclaimed. The transition from seemingly forgetting how to breathe—a sense of endless inhalation, swaying, blurring, and ultimately collapsing—to finally regaining breath after running and diving, pushing the limits, completes the emotional narrative of "not being able to breathe → regaining breath" through montage. This project aims to offer a sense of "being alive" and a small measure of courage to those experiencing periods of depression and lethargy: "I can move again."

Thus this project captures the moment when "I, enduring a day unnoticed," experience a moment of profound self-awareness, even if only for a brief moment—a moment of confirmation of my own survival. Through quiet monologues and sensual imagery, the project aims to evoke the viewer's own breath and emotions, creating a brief but deeply lingering emotional experience.
