Mage or Mess is a character-driven short animation that explores the friction between raw ambition and unrefined ability. The story follows Cassia, a trainee hero possessing immense natural power but lacking the discipline to control it. By juxtaposing cinematic build-ups with comedic, unpredictable failures, the project captures a relatable truth: growth is a chaotic, imperfect process that only becomes meaningful through the persistence to fail forward.
