Biography

Sterling May is a Toronto-based creative, personality, and aspiring filmmaker. He is 22 years old and is graduating next semester from York University with an honours degree in Cinema & Media Arts. Sterling is a hard-working and passionate person who has a diverse set of skills in the field of media. He has experience in acting, directing, editing, sound design, and cinematography, making him a jack of all trades who can contribute to any creative project in meaningful ways. He has participated in several group productions and countless individual projects, taking on a variety of roles that have helped him develop a well-rounded understanding of the filmmaking process. Each project has allowed him to grow creatively and technically, sharpening his skills and deepening his passion for storytelling through film. Now, as he prepares to graduate and enter the workforce, Sterling is eager to bring his creativity, collaboration, and drive to professional environments.
