Brass Fork is a casual burger house serving fresh, flavourful burgers, vegetarian options, hand-picked sides, and sweets, made to feel both familiar and a little special. From signature dipping sauces to comforting classics, every dish is crafted with balance, care, and flavour. The brand embraces simplicity and
friendliness, creating comfort around a well-made burger.

Challenges

To match its friendly and accessible character, Brass Fork wanted a mascot that embodies a casual, doodle-like vibe. This mascot would feature across a refreshed, colourful (yet not overwhelming) paper menu, as well as packaging designs. The illustrations serve as the most significant element of the brand, balancing accessibility and friendliness with a sense of seriousness and quality.

Goals

The priority was to create a mascot and complementary doodle illustrations that reflect Brass Fork’s personality. These illustrations guided the packaging design, keeping it simple, casual, and fun. At the same time, colour and typography choices were carefully considered to ensure harmony across all brand elements.

Final Brand

The brand embraces simplicity and friendliness, creating comfort around a well-made burger. Capturing this characteristic and concept, a playful and friendly brand character was made; a character carrying a brass fork over his/her shoulder, like 'I'm ready to snatch a burger.
