“I Will Die for You” is an experimental film that wanders along the delicate boundary between love and hate, two forces that seem opposite yet are born from the same fire. It asks a question as old as love itself: How can the heart that worships today despise tomorrow? When does affection stop being tender and start becoming dangerous?

Through a series of poetic, visual metaphors such as burning roses and melting marshmallows, the film explores the quiet unravelling of desire. The rose, once soft and fragrant, begins to smolder; beauty becomes pain. The marshmallow, toasted to perfection, is sweet only for a moment- too little heat, and it stays raw; too much, and it turns to ash. Love behaves much the same way. A little warmth gives life, but too much consumes everything in its path.

“I Will Die for You” captures the uneasy beauty of passion. How can love and hate coexist, how can one breathe life into the other. It is a meditation on obsession, control and surrender, showing that sometimes the most dangerous kind of love is the one that burns too brightly to last.
