I’ve always been a fan of stop-motion, and my favourite hobby is arts and crafts. So, I decided to combine these two and make something. The making of this piece required both digital and analog tools. The original footage was a shot like a common stop motion piece, while the post-production was entirely digital. Every frame was printed out and altered with either magazines, glitter, paint, etc.. It was an opportunity to merge both analog and digital elements to create something visually attractive.
This analog technique features a huge variety of textures and colours, which construct this quick and picturesque narrative.
